Equipment not bad, but rude staff who act like they are doing you a favor by letting you pay them money to train there. Overbearing rules that they spell out to you like you’re a child. They have another room with gym equipment right next to the gym that for some unexplained reason you can’t use & by walking in there staff came running faster than guards at a bank robbery. Bizarre experience & one I won’t be repeating.

Terrible. Only gym I have been in the world where you are not aloud to sweat. Staff follow you around threatening to throw you out if you don't put towels on the machines, if the machine has a seat and a back support the towels provided are not big enough to cover the padding anyway? So pointless request. "Be fit" working policy or lazy staff? I have never been a gym where the machines are more valuable than the clients, recently moved from UK and thought this would be the best equipped for my needs, lasted 15 mins into second session, spoken to like i was the idiot because like I should've been trying to retain the resell value of the equipment? 🤔 if your planning on doing cardio take two towels you will probably have to wrap your feet 😂

Staff simpático e profissional. Espaço tranquilo sem grandes enchentes. Muita luz natural. Máquinas como novas e muito diversas.
