Cerro Mar Garden

I booked in this establishment from August 11 to 18, 2020 for 4 people. I notice on arrival that the apartment is only prepared for two people and not 4 (insufficient towels and no sheets for the second bed). I manage to ask for the towels and sheets to a lady ... However, from the first day, I ask to change apartment due to the noise of the main door of the building, located right next to the apartment, which keeps slamming (entrances and exits) and the bad situation ( road beside). The receptionist's response: this is not possible today, but tomorrow yes. I show up the next morning around 9:00 am. Another receptionist tells me that he cannot satisfy all the requests and that I did not understand what his colleague said and that it is maybe for the change and not sure. He tells me that he is going to watch and contacts me at 12 noon. No news from him at 12 noon. I return to the reception around 1:00 p.m., he replies that the hotel is full and that he has nothing better to present to me. I tell him that I do not agree ... he ends up telling me that he has availability of apartments but that it is less good than what I have ... it is true for the have seen... However, I know that apartments of the same configuration on the same floor as mine have become available ... and I have the confirmation in the evening when I come home with the presence of new residents .... I'm on my second night in this establishment ... and it's a mess, I mean a mess in the apartment above ... I'll skip the details ... At midnight my 3-year-old niece ends up being woken up by the constant mess ... it is 1:20 am ... the noise continues ... front door which keeps slamming ... It seems to me to have read in the conditions of the establishment that parties are prohibited ... well it is missed ... yet I am a very patient and tolerant person ... Maybe the receptionist will tell me that I did not understand the conditions ... yet I practice the legal profession after long studies .... To sum up, if you are looking for a bit of tranquility, this is not the place ...

Definitely a nice location, service and rooms a bit like the 2-3 stars hotels I've stayed. Staff seems overworked and unfriendly. Free WiFi is not available in the rooms, paid WiFi very slow when it decides to connect.

Great position everything you could want. Great and friendly staff. Short walk down 97 steps to town center but very quiet, don't forget also 97 back up to hotel.😍 Fantastic appointments very clean and well looked after.

Lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful and polite. Restaurant next door just as good. Have visited 4 times now and always felt welcome.

Love it here. Had a really good time but someone should tell stag groups to calm down a bit around the pool. Thankfully they were only there for 2 days during our stay. Had a lovely view towards the ocean from our room which was a lovely size and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
