Do not listen to the bad reviews here! If you come here and find fault it is you who has the problem. We are only half way through our week long stay and I just had to write about what an amazing time we are having. First of all, the staff are the most polite, efficient and friendly staff I've had the pleasure of staying with. They always ask how you are and even enjoyed teaching us some Portuguese. The food is incredible. We have eaten at the restaurant every night and every dish, buffet and a la carte is delicious and excellent quality. A special mention to the Portuguese steak. The self catering apartment we are in (which is across the road from the main hotel) is spotlessly clean and has the best amenities i have encountered in a self catering apartment, from a washing machine to a coffee maker, with all your pots, plates and cutlery included. We have an amazing view of the sea from our huge balcony! The beds are a little firm but nothing to moan about. The air con works great with no extra charge. The shower pressure is the best I've had in Europe! Great blackout curtains in the room. The location is perfect for exploring old town which has all the food and drink places you could want with ample variety. The beach which is a ten minute walk is beautiful and well kept. We have had to pay for wifi (£25€ for the week for three devices) as the signal is low over at the self catering apartments but we're certainly not marking them down for that. I was so apprehensive reading some of the reviews but I think we have struck gold with this hotel. We particularly appreciate the staff and the food.. And of course the beautiful weather. Its been no less than 25c here. The hotel have a lovely pool area, very relaxed with plenty of sunbeds and a gorgeous roof terrace with sea views. They also have the best covid restrictions in place, much better than in the UK! I've no idea so far why it's been out back on the quarantine list but hey ho. All in all, i would definitely come back here and I think you should book and treat yourself to a wonderful holiday in a hotel that clearly cares about its customers.

The hotel has a high standard of service. My room wasn't super amazing but most time of my holiday I spend outside and I had 3 pools to choose from. Restaurant at the hotel provide very good quality meals especially Portuguese corner at dinners.

Rooms are ok, but beds very uncomfortable if that’s something that’s important to you. Check in process had a long wait and was tedious. There is only ‘free wifi’ in the main lobby and it’s so slow you’re better off to walk to McDonald’s for wifi. In the room wifi is paid but there is actually no signal so save your €’s!

I love this hotel, the girls and I have come here for the past 4 years. Been in a few different apartments and whilst all different, each one has had a different benefit

This place is incredible, you have access to numerous swimming pools and the self catering apartments are very clean and spacious.
