Kinda difficult to enter... codes not always work. But great location. Heart of the city. Few steps and lovely view of the ocean. Restaurants around, bars, very lively place!!!

I had to cancel due to Covid19 but the hotel initially ignored all communications and then only offered to reschedule until the end of August this year. The owner/manager was nothing short of rude, to profit from a worldwide pandemic is exceptionally poor form. Avoid!

If I could leave zero stars I would!! We were due to start our summer holiday here as part of a three week tour of Portugal. Due to the pandemic and no flights permitted from UK, all plans had to be cancelled. We were provided full refunds or credit notes for 12 month period from all our other hotels and BA, except Casa Malpique. It took several weeks for the owners to respond after we were forced to go through Booking.com to complain due to being ignored. All we wanted was to understand what our options were, as we had no flight to get there anymore. We hoped like the others a credit to re-book for next summer wouldn't be an issue. After a few more weeks, they responded to advise we have until end August to stay or lose our money. With no government guidance allowing travel to Portugal from the UK, the owners are still showing no flexibility during a worldwide pandemic and are simply cashing in it's that simple! So if you're happy to receive no communication and deal with unscrupulous individuals, dont say you weren't warned!

Small family run hotel on 3 floors with a roof top terrace with a small pool in the heart of Albufeira. Minutes walk from The Square. Clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and safe. Take a travel kettle if you want a cuppa. Hotel provided a hairdryer. Rita the housekeeper was very helpful. I will return!

Very poor service. When we arrived we rang the bell over and over but nobody answered the door for a good 10 minutes. We paid for breakfast but after waiting for 1 hour nobody showed up in the breakfast area even though we called them over and over but nobody picked up the phone. We left without breakfast and without the money we paid for it. Also the wifi didn't really work properly as it had really bad signal. I don't recommend it.
