A bit small, the staff was helpful enough but Algarve tourist offices don’t really have much in it other than a staff member, a rack of brochures, and a few books to sell.

Got taken care of a really nice lady. She knew a LOT about Albufeira. About all the activites, best places to go, about busses, taxi, where to take out money etc. We got the best info

Was lost in town and walked in to ask for directions. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and told me I should've known where I was going. She was not helpful at all. Did not have any experience with booking a tour with her, but definitely wouldn't recommend it after my experience.
