Great stay with the family

Really nice place, good golf courses, greens tricky. Don't hire golf clubs, first time on first tee hit a ball and the head broke. Even though we all watch the driver who delivered the clubs through them from the van, they charged us £60.

Em plena altura de covid, um resort do grupo Pestana, apresenta-me um apartamento que carenciava (e mt) de limpeza.... Tenho fotos que o comprovam... Idealizei estas férias (6 dias), onde predominasse a segurança e a higiene /limpeza... Daí procurar algo que fosse sinónimo de qualidade.... Tive azar... O meu problema foi resolvido, ao fim de cerca 2h30 , com devolução do dinheiro e procura de outra unidade hoteleira...(pois não tinham como resolver o meu problema)

The house that we had (since the company did not know which one it was until the same day) was spacious and beautiful. The worst thing was that you are not there even 24 hours because you enter at 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. the next day and in those hours you have more problems than comforts; The refrigerator had a broken thermostat and they came to repair it on 2 occasions. In addition to cutting off our water for 3 hours (without prior notice) and having to call 3 times and until the 3rd we were not offered water to drink. Expensive experience and lousy service. We are waiting for the apologies of the company
