When you enter inside you can taste free samples of cheese, and then decide which is the best for you, you can pay by card there :) highly recommend this place, as must have when you are on São Jorge

We visited this cheese dairy at a foggy day. You enter a small shop with a coffee bar. You have to ask the staff at this bar for a guided tour trough the cheese dairy. It was a great tour with all important steps of the production from milk to cheese. Unfortunately it's not allowed to make pictures from the factory during the tour.
