Waiters could have better costumer service ie not talking to each other whilst costumers are still waiting to be served.

Not too bad but due to busy can take a while to be served

It's good, all the cakes are home made I think, there are better pastrie shops in Lisbon and in Oeiras but this one is good. The place itself is not very welcoming but the point is to go there and get the pastries to go, I would recommend the miniature ones.
