I will never use this company again. Beware if you move out of your house and therefore no longer need Securitas's services they still charge you until the anniversary of the date you signed up. I signed up with Securitas 12 years ago yet they want me to pay for 6 months monitoring that is not required. It seems without asking you that they renew the contract annually. I was never asked if I wanted to renew. As is too often typical with this type of company they never reply to e mails or letters. I have now taken my business elsewhere

I am a costumer of Securitas (nº 454003) with a Verisure system installed at my home in Lisbon.The system is not working properly and I need technical assistance. I started contacting Securitas via phone (if the calls are recorded as you claim you may check it) and also by email 3 days ago!!!! By email I get no answer at all by phone the answer is always the same I will be contacted by Securitas to schedule a visit by the technical service. However, 72h after my first complain no contact at all. This is inadmissible since I am paying a service that is not provided by the company. Total lack of professionalism and disregard to the costumer. Think twice before contracting Securitas!
