Perfect place to train! Great environment , the people are friendly and warm, Joana and Pedro ( PT) are professionals and attentive , and will help you achieve your desired goal. And even when the space is full, it’s never overcrowded. overall a great place to work out :)

A perfect place to do sport! Familiar environment, Pedro and Joana always are in attention to give an advice about the sport routines, definitely a good small gym in Alges.

Great place to train! People are very friendly and kind. Pedro is always around helping you and pushing you a bit to go the extra mile! Easy way to learn and practice Portuguese at the same time!
