Have been waiting here from 2 hours, at least 25 customer and 4 to 5 employees. 1 customer took 1 hour. They dont have any helpers around them. Customer attending is very good. Employees talk very nicely. But not enough, waste of time. There is a cabin for employees but not employees.

Funcionária ao telemóvei mais de 30 minutos foto em anexo será que tem a ver com a propaganda que está atrás desta boa funcionária

Fui deparado com a funcionaria estando a telemovel por mais de 15 minutos no balcão N 9. A tratar de assuntos pessoais. Não recomendo
