Superb service from Anna Martinez, the AGS Lisbon Sales Manager, as well as the AGS teams in Lisbon and Metz. Moving during a pandemic can be very stressful but all issues were handled very professionally, with great care and attention. Really excellent service.

Incompetent local management. You get one quote after insisting, and then are calling three times, send emails, and zero feedback. Maybe they are reliable in terms of operations, but it is hard to know

Worst service. AGS proved not to be reliable. We are moving to another country and filling up a container to ship. At 17:00 with the container already half way filled they tell me that 4 boxes need to stay because they didnt add those boxes to the manifesto. Let me say again, this 4 boxes couldnt go inside the container, so they would stay on Portugal or we would to take them somehow on our own. This is unacceptable and the nightmare started when I had to call their head office in Portugal. I have talked with Luisa and the Director (can't recall the name), and none of them ever showed any interested in accepting their responsibility. Their lack of accountability amazes me. They insisted we brought 4 NEW boxes, which was not true. Their field team supervisor was telling them that the boxes were always in the living room but the head office didnt care, they kept pushing responsibility away. They eventually solved the problem that they created themselves but still with the position of "doing me a favor" and after huge stress, which is something you don't want on the top of the logistics you have when moving. Communication between the office and the team on the field was not happening at all. If you are given the possibility, run away from AGS.

0 stars!!! This place has a great reputation of shipping around the world. The packaging material and process is fantastic. The packers were extremely professional. However, If your sales rep is Helena Guerreiro....run away as fast as possible. The packers get 5 stars and she gets -5 stars. I don't know how she got this job. She has no idea what she's doing. It's almost like she's going out of her way to screw up the shipment. You'll get story after story....she will lie to you...when confronted and caught in a lie....she will continue to lie. I can't be any more serious....RUN AWAY!! She is ruining the reputation of AGS. A follow up to my original post. Finally received my shipment 54 days and 2 extra line hauls later. It was estimated to be a 16 day shipment. My Artwork was damaged to the extent of $3000 USD. Insurance was purchased before the shipment....However, it was through AGS. They reimbursed me $350. Ridiculous company and nothing but crooks.
