Absolutely the best. The team were marvellous and the organisation impeccable. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do there is no question but that we would use Beleza. On time, professional packing and wonderful help the other end. We have never had such a good removals company.

Great communication (they spoke perfect french which really helped us), good price, friendly people but you have a to be a bit flexible for the pick up date and also delivery date.

Unprofessional and disorganised. Were the cheapest so I went with them but when my personal belonging arrived (later then agreed) to the country of destination I was charged for further costs from a local company I never heard about and my belongings held hostage. They arranged for someone else do pick up the item from my address in Portugal and then they engaged another company to deal with it in the country of delivery and I am the one getting charged 650$ on top of what I paid them. Luis Beleza is not taking any responsibility and couldn't care less for the fact that these are my familly trasures that me and my children have extreme emotial attachment to and cant bare the thought of losing them.

Avoid if possible, a company that is not client centric as you can see from the previous comments I wholeheartedly agree. My move was a nightmare! At first seems cheap, but remember that cheap becomes expensive. From my personal experience, this service was a kinda of a mess from my measurements of the packages mismatched theirs so I ended up paying more, and when a Item broke in transit, I reached to them to see if there could be anything to be done, and the answer was a rude: "sorry, you had not have insurance" from the business owner. In nowadays globalised environment this types of business that don't are client centric should probably think about their place. In my opinion I would advise anyone to stay away.

We contacted them to make our move. They first said that they will do it at the end of july : "no problem for your belongings". Finally a few day before they said that they could not do it. I complained and ask explainations but it never arrived. Afterward, exasperated we asked them to make the move at the date of their convenience. After a full week of silence on their side, they told us at 21h that they could go with their truck the day after early in the morning, preventing us from organizing the move. I asked them to give at least 2 days of margin before the date is confirmed and the move is executed and they never answered. They have been relaunched many time and never answered. No explainations and I am still waiting for apologizes. Yes they said after a long time to my father "it's not possible". And my father, retired of 70yo had to do the move by himself with me. They are absolutely not serious. The cheapest, certainly.. for a high cost at the end.. Avoid!!
