Don't you dare using their website chat service to question their totally desorganized online service! They will call you from a private number saying that your order may be delayed. Seriously. They say they will deliver in 72 hours after payment, they don't. You pay into some account (the name of the store doesn't show in your statement). Your purchase doesn't appear in your client profile (which by the way you don't create, it just appears when you give them your info - your purchases and payments should be recorded there but they aren't). So you obviously question whether everything is in order and you request that your order info be sent to you. You receive a document where it reads 'Unpaid' when you already did pay! But you cannot question them because the above happens they call you to literally threaten to delay your order. So now you tell them you are going to file a complaint about their practice and they hang up on you. Next day you receive an email saying your order is in transit and you can follow distribution in the delivery service website using your track number without giving you the delivery service and track number information. They also use the same name as an english company so you may be tricked into thinking they're the same.

Serviço bastante satisfatorio. Muito compreensiveis com o pedido e em tentar atender as minhas necessidades. A unica falha é o atendimento ser feito exclusivamente por email. Existem certos tópicos que é mais facil por telefone, no entanto não houve dificuldade de comunicação.
