Great food, fabulously accommodating proprietor. There's nothing vegetarian on the menu, but they happily knocked up a meal that my wife and daughter were delighted with. My four-year old son on the other hand woofed the greater part of a mixed grill. Very reasonable prices too. €10-12 for mains.

A few years since we have been but went again tonight with friends and had a delightful evening. The food was excellent and plentiful, the surroundings atmospheric and our waitress Eve, a little angel. Would thoroughly recommend and with no thought give 5/5

Fantastic gem in a really typical and vibrant Portuguese village. The food, the atmosphere and especially the chef and host really made this a special evening!

We have been to this restaurant 4 times and the food is always delicious. The owners and wonderful chef are family and make you feel so welcome. We will be going back for Fado evening on 10th May 😀
