Sociedade Vila Literária de Óbidos

Really cool bookstore in an old chapel. I especially liked the selection of Portuguese cookbooks. In the choir loft, there’s a woman who makes handcrafted lace items and is also a poet. I enjoyed talking with her.

The whole walled citadel of Obidos is awesome. Really beautiful, busy but full of old alleyways and streets where you can look at the flowers, history, churches etc. if you feel daring, walk around the castle walls - no barriers and views both in and out of the castle to die for!

Not a great church but it surely worths a visit if you are in the village. Small but beautiful church.
