Wonderful surroundings for our base whilst on holiday

The apartment is magnificent, comfortable, beautiful with everything you need and very well located. For the exorbitant prices of Lisbon it is very competitive. As for the service of Lisbon Apartments, it is one of the best in Lisbon. I have tried several and they are the most flexible, easy to deal with and efficient that I have known.

Péssima gestão e intermediação imobiliária. Pediu-nos o apartamento em 2 dias, o qual valorizou muito abaixo do preço de mercado. O cliente, que ficou apenas um mês e fez bastantes exigências iniciais, provocou ainda danos no imóvel, e não tivemos da Lisbon Apartments qualquer apoio ou intermediação. Estes danos não foram cobertos pela caução, já que a caução tinha sido devolvida directamente ao cliente logo após a saída deste, por indicação e insistência da Lisbon Apartments. Foi a pior experiencia de arrendamento que tivemos, inaceitável sobretudo tendo em conta a comissão que exige. Existem outros operadores no mercado mais fiáveis como a Global Relocation.
