Worst treatment I've seen in a restaurant (and I've been twice). When they come with two orders to our table and we ask which dishes we are looking at because we wanted to know which of the steaks that was and also the other dish was wrong so we wanted to make sure that those where in fact our orders, they replied "Well, it's what you ordered (obviously)". The wrong dish wasn't even a wrong order they told us they had a certain type of food and brought us something else like we wouldn't realise the difference, when we asked them about it they tried to blame the kitchen for the "mistake" with no apologies and expecting us to just take that plate that we didn't order anyway, only after we changed our tone of voice and he realized we weren't appreciating the situation they took the plate back. But guess what! They still charged us (Unfortunately we only saw it later after paying). Their culture of trying to sell you everything is too much in my opinion, to the point that one person ordered a dish and they straight ahead say that's not enough (when in fact it was plenty), or when we say we don't want some entrees and before taking them away they have to try to sell you more options. Simple questions like "Does this steak come with rice and/or fries" result in an arrogant answer from the staff like the question was stupid to begin with. In the end the dish that was wrong. I can understand a fun environment in a restaurant where the workers talk to you, make some jokes and give you advice and I appreciate those places, but you can do all of that and be professional and treat your clients with respect and that's not what happens when I go to this place. It's the second time I've had this type of treatment in this place so I definitely won't go back. However the food is good... but overpriced.

We arrived more or less at 20:50. We're told by the staff that there were one client almost getting done and should be a 15, 20 minute wait... We got a table at 21:57 I was not very happy but still went inside. The food was ok for the fame that this restaurant has.

I don't really know how to describe this place. It is an authentic, local, Portuguese restaurant. They serve local ingredients, cooked with local recipes in a very laid back environment. The whole vibe of the place is a lot of fun. They play music or have a singer. Servers are dancing, food is flying out, they then clear the tables and locals start dancing. Definitely a fun night out for the family. As far as food goes, it is fine. I've had better Sapateiras in the area, clams were good but tiny and I could keep going but you come here for the fun time, not for the food.
