Comfy and clean room, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. If you have late check-in, don't be afraid when find a closed door. The cafe across the street has the same owner and you can ask someone from there to let you in the room. We were happy to stay here.

Location is good. Service was bad and confusing. Breakfast is in a different building and we where not told so. There was no warm water on our first night. Staff was all over the place, but never reachable when needed.

Simple place in the center of Odeceixe, not that quiet but good for sleep, bath and a very good breakfast.

Overpriced rooms. Our room had furniture that smelled really old and moisture damaged. The bed was way too short for me (188 cm). The bath room was moldy. The breakfast was good which is why I give it two stars instead of one.
