Very professional in Corona times

Venda demasiado agressiva... ofensiva... Quando vamos ao cabeleireiro é suposto relaxarmos um pouco, não estarmos constantemente a ser bombardeados com cross-selling... Fui julgada pelos produtos que uso no meu cabelo e pelo estado do mesmo, foram utilizadas as palavras "isto.. este cabelo está todo morto" após uma hidratação (que sozinha me custou 70€) feita pela profissional... o meu cabelo não estava assim tão mau. Nas duas horas que lá passei senti-me sempre super desconfortável e julgada. Escusado será dizer que saí de lá sem comprar nenhum produto para o cabelo. Lamentável....

Excelente qualidade, staf proficional, aconcelhamento de excelência vou voltar e recomendar.

My 13 year old daughter went to do a "Flash wicks" and I was advised a treatment of 70 €. I paid 163 € !!!! For the flash, care and cut! There wasn’t much difference and her hair looked good, but not great. (3:20 ’on site!) Monday (36h after) I went back showing the very dry and dull hair. Manager's response: My daughter has certainly been at the pool and it is not her fault. She does not want to repeat a treatment or does not want an arrangement! I asked for the complaint book, and the manager, Teresa, smiled saying that I did not have a book and that I only had to do it online! It targets tourists and does not respect them! It is lamentable of a manager of such a brand !! Avoid !!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
