I am disappointed. I bought a beer crate with bottle deposit-refund scheme and paid for it extra 5€ for the sake of re-using resources. Today I tried to return the empty bottles to get back the 5€ deposit of the bottles. I was told this was not possible and I needed to leave the bottles there without any refund. I am very disappointed for this poor service and this makes it very difficult to be environmentally conscious and re-using bottles. Unfortunately, buying one-way bottles is the cheaper alternative.
