The worst ever holiday company i have ever come across in my 35 years of travelling. Blackmailed into paying a surcharge because their booking form didn't work properly, told it was a family friendly hotel that i was booking when it wasn't and worst of all once they have my money they refuse to respond in English. ALL I WANT IS MY BUSINESS INVOICE. But no now that they have my money they dont want to know. Will never book with Thomson or TUI as they call themselves now.
