I didnt rent a car for the entire trip. The bus is perfect to get around.

The review is about the bus stop cafe - due to lack of ticket information (turns out you buy from driver) I've asked the lady at the bus stop cafe where the ticket office was. After igniring me twice she told me that if I wanted any information I had to pay. Worse customer services ever! Decided upon an Uber instead.

The Busline number 16 drove every hour to beach and the airport, there are so much people in this bus, that most of them find no place to sit. Not planned as well.

Very bad customer service, arrogant drivers which can’t efficiently explain the direction of the bus. Were supposed to go to Faro, but the bad illustration of the route and the driver not caring made us buy 2 tickets while our reason to have a refund/change was being totally ignored.

Worst bus system I have ever seen. Never on time, way too expensive and no clear schedule information.
