On The Rocks Bike Shop

I have been bike touring Europe since August 2019. Came by this shop out of necessity, and was treated very fairly and honestly. The owner / mechanic is super confident and super skillful. The shop is clear, totally organized and plenty of stock.

I recently had a flat tire with the bike, the tube had to be changed and the rim was bent. I was able to return the bike at lunchtime and should pick it up again at 6 p.m. Since I couldn't do this, I picked it up 2 days later. Everything was fixed. I expected a high bill, but it was more than cheap compared to the known prices ... 7.50 €. I cannot praise this bike shop enough for service, friendliness, quality and price. If in Olhão, please go here. The opening times (currently 10-19) are also binding!

Had lost a Shimano nut on our front wheel. Nobody could get such a mother, or had stock. Since we were standing in Mocarapacho with our Womo, the boss offered to pick up the front wheel (12 km one way) to have the nut size and then bring it back. Since I had ordered a mother in reserve, we only paid € 9 for everything. You can't get more service 👍👍👍👍 Thank you very much!!
