Poor skills, hardly any customer relationship! Had a waiver for not wearing mask during pandemic from Portuguese doctor, they couldn't give a toss. An irate woman greeted me with a bark, she didn't make an effort to help someone with not enough local language. She doesn't deserve working in a public service office. I believe we are in age of technology re information, not being aware of law regarding justification for people with health issues is a choice; made by ignorant and i am fed up explaining myself to uncultured arrogant little Nazis.
