Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff member (sorry, did not get a name), not only sorted our battery and cleaning requirements, but also able to fit the battery as we had neglected to bring a watchmaker Phillips with us. Sure, it's a little out of the way, but for top-notch service can highly recommend. Obrigado! :-)
