Very good service from one particular person and his English is good. Try to avoid some of the girls, sorry to say so but that is what it is.

I have previously reviewed this store and gave it 4 stars.. Friendly helpful staff. Wow!! Last week everything changed. I go to buy a wheeled stand for my BBQ Propano Tank. The old stand is diameter 32cm. The salesman brings me on marked Butano. It looks small I ask him to measure, it is 30cm. I tell him it is small. He says it is good, Propano and Butano are the same size. I say I will take it and try it if I can have a refund if it doesn’t fit. He says “Yes no problem” It does not fit. I bring it back and ask is it possible to order a bigger stand. Not possible. So I ask for my refund. Not possible. Store policy is 15 day credit note. No good to me...I need a propane stand which they will not order for me and they do not sell anything else I need. I am angry. They give me the useless credit note. I ask for the complaint book and they scatter. I leave with just the useless credit note. I go online and ask if refusing refund is policy for cheating. They respond that even though it is not company policy they refund. I go back to the shop with my credit note and ask for the refund. They say they have already paid me the refund. This is not true. I ask for the manager. She is very hostile. She says they have it on video. I ask if I can see the video? Not possible. I know it is not possible because it did not happen and if they give me a refund why do they give the useless credit note? No answer. I demand the complaints book. Everyone scatters again. I demand the complaints book again. The manager makes 4 or 5 phone calls but still does not bring the book. She tells me the boss is coming. I stand quietly away from the counter so I do not obstruct other customers. After 15 minutes 3 policemen come into the shop and stand watching me. The boss shows up I explain that I want my refund. He talks to the manager and then tells me I already have my refund. I demand the complaint book again and he asks me for I.D. I show my drivers license. He slaps it on the counter and then finally tells the staff to bring the complaints book. The policemen are all standing watching me. It takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to fill the complaint form. I have never done this before. I take my copy and go to leave the store. A Policeman stops me at the exit. I do not understand. One colleague speaks English and asks me what is this all about. He is polite and understanding. I explain the whole story and show him the useless credit note and the message they send me. I also tell him about the video that is not possible to see. He says he cannot understand why they give me the credit note if they give me a refund. I cannot understand either. It is probably related to the video that it is not possible to see. I tell him I will never return to this shop again and because I have paid with a debit card I will now go to my bank and dispute the card transaction as I do not have either the merchandise nor a refund. I will ask the Bank to process a Merchant Charge back against Drogaria ETS. I would recommend if possible that all purchases made here be paid with a Debit/Credit card. In conclusion I can only advise: “A happy customer tells 4 or 5 friends...an unhappy customer tells everyone he knows”

Right in the center of Olhão. You can find practically everything there. The prices are more than correct. The welcome is always very friendly.
