Roady Évora

After breaking down in our 50 year old VW camper near to Evora, the guys at Roady Evora had us up and running again within 48 hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly, kept us up to date frequently (despite us not speaking Portuguese), and managed to source the required part suprisingly fast! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a friendly and professional garage.

Had a leaking flat tire on the way to Evora. Tire pressure sensor came on suddenly and tire pressure dropping as we drove. Managed to get to this Roady shop. Car was rental, tire was not repairable (side wall leak) as well as tire at end of life cycle. Service manager extremely helpful - tire off, analyzed problem, let me use phone to rental company (4 calls), put tire back on with enough air to get to rental company in Evora where they gave us a different car. Asked how much $$ for the service - “No charge! Have a nice vacation!” Made a potential bad, dangerous and expensive situation a very positive experience. Our thanks and appreciation!

very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all. I bought one item showing that it is from specific material and it was not allowed to open, after I paid, I opened it dircetly in the store, it was completely different material and I asked them to give my money back they said sorry but you have to buy another thing. we dont give money. they cheat their clients, they dont have any responsibilty about their products.
