Sport Zone Cancela

On our holidays in Madeira,Portugal we've noticed our 3 yo son has shoes innapropriate for the conditions. We bought him Nike trainers in Sport Zone Canico. Wearing them perhaps 2 -3 times we've notices the Nike sign is peeling off. Strange TBH as for @Nike brand.. Went to the shop to ask for an exchange or a refund,with the receipt and shoes in clearly almost brand new condition and in original box.Either of it was refused although Sport Zone sold faulty goods and this meas not taking resposnibility for what is on their shelves. What was offered,was to send it back to NIKE and wait for the repair or whatever they decide... Not happy at all my husband agreed and said,that since this is our last day in Madeira (18/02/2030)he will give our UK address for return/reply. Here started a huge issue for Sport Zone staff(between 5-6 pm) as they stated,we must collect them in person in said shop in about 30 days as they will NOT post it to UK or anywhere else for that matter... So...@sportzonept is selling FAULTY GOODS ,REFUSE TO REDUND MONEY OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM...AS WELL AS SEND THEM BACK TO ME. What that means?To me it is robbery and pure indecency. Trainers luckily were not expensive but this not matter.What matters is ,they sold us faulty shoes and we are at loss despite the law regulations stating we should get the refund.

Great store, really spacious and well organized. The products are somewhat limited but even still there is great variety in what you can choose. It offers several sports like running, swimming, biking, gym, trekking, skating and also casual wear.

Big open space not great variety although better variety than Madeira shopping. Not a lot of parking space

Best store from this chain. Lot of options from different brands

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and generous with their time. Definitely worth the drive there.
