Alhamdullillah nice place but shame we have only a room in basement. We insha'Allah with help of Allah we will have a proper masjid in town centre for everyone to come and join. There is only one God and is Allah.

Prayed jummah at this mosque. Had decent segregated facilities for men and women. Lovely to know that there is a masjid/mosque on the island.

There is no phone number of anyone given. If any Muslim die in Madeira, we dont know who will lead funeral prayers. There should be an organized Muslim community to help in certain conditions i.e. burial, sacrifice animals on Eid ul Azha and gathering on Eid Ul fitar etc

The Mosque is the only one in Madeira and is in the outer part of the city center of Funchal. It is one block behind the main road and is situated in a residential building. There is no sign to find it except if you go down the side stairs, at its door it will have Arabic letters saying Masjid. It is run by a small community with 50 permanent members
