Only one person and 20 clients waiting on the line. Bobody on shop... workers walking and only smiling... nobody helps with shopping... nobody in changing room... the worst shop ever

They "forgot" to restring my tennis racket. They told me it would be ready in 3 days and they would call me for pick up, but they didn´t. I called and nobody answered. Four days later front desk said "sorry but the tennis section guy forgot about it". He finally did it. Took him 20 min. "Hope to see you next time!", they said with a smile. No thanks.
