Very clean rooms, friendly supportive staff, good location. Breakfast is rather simple but absolutely fine, starting 8.00 is a bit late

Have stayed here twice and enjoyed it tremendously on both occasions. The rooms are clean and comfortable (AC) and reasonably quiet. The family that runs it is just extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too. It's situated just near the botanical gardens which is a lovely area of Coimbra. I will always try to stay there when I visit Coimbra!
