Frankly to avoid! The advisers are not at all responsive; they always direct customers to NB direct (this service is chargeable and the waiting time is never less than 20m). If your advisor is not present, nobody will take care of you. I had a rude online reception counselor, and to all questions she said "I don't know I don't know". My client advisor is there for the business side only. It doesn't even deserve a star
