First experience in an Algerian consulate: I was very very but then very pleasantly surprised by the welcome we received. The security guard was very good, the woman at the counter was smiling and friendly in addition to speaking perfect French and Portuguese, the consul was just perfect (available, attentive, patient and friendly). They made me smile for the rest of the day. I'm going back tomorrow without any bad apprehension anymore. Proud of my origins :-)
