Being an Expat living in Montijo with little Portuguese knowledge, buying a property for our own use was not an easy task for us. Pedro Canhao and his team made our experience a breeze by hand holding every step of the way in a transparent manner. They coordinated seamlessly between my mortgage bank, seller and lawyers till the final property registration. Pedro Canhao was available any time of the day over WhatsApp and e-mails to attend our queries. He went the extra mile to assist us especially during this unprecedented COVID-19 lock down period and relieved us from our worries since the process was somewhat slow in Portugal due to Emergency. This just personifies customer service and a world class service with commitments in a most difficult time. Considering the time difference between all the parties involved in the transaction, especially from our Bank’s and insurance company’s side, it was indeed a challenge for us to coordinate and made the transaction complicated and worriesome. Without the timely assistance by Pedro Canhao and his helpful associate Patricia Sobral, we could not have closed on this property deal just before the deadline. Since his fluency in English is an added asset, expat investors could take advantage of it, as he is an excellent translator.He is very professional, courteous, transparent and trust worthy.
