Pingo Doce Montijo - Maestro J. Peixinho

Pingo Doce is one nice supermarket. You can find almost any kind of food at very reasonable prices. Their baked goods are great, go in the morning to get them recently baked. The meat and fruit selection is also very good. The staff is attentive and helpful. Pingo Doce also has a loyalty program that you certainly need to join.

There are 2 Pingo Doce's in Montijo. This is the one you need to go, much better presentation and stock inventory than the other pingo doce.

This store is a life saver, everything on most is so affordable. It doesn't have everything you need since it's a chain store and in a smaller city though it caters well for basic food needs. Has some of the best pizzas ever, I do recommend you carry your own bag when shopping which is so common here in Portugal. Oh let's not even talk about the discounts you get when you have a Pingo Doce card!!! Uhhmm wow that is money back in your pocket, so far the only shop that gives back so much. Enjoy shopping
