Old municipal market transformed in shopping mall. Os an empty place where no one goes

Once a nice place to shop, it has become a somewhat abandoned mall. Most of the shops and restaurants have closed, and the ones that remain don't attract too many clients - which doesn't mean they're not worth visiting, though. There are still a few useful shops, and it's a nice place to have a cup of coffee or a slice of pizza with friends.

The photography shop tried to sell me already discharged batteries for my camera. Took them back and gave me new ones but the ripoff attitude prevails.
