Quinta do Mel

We have treated ourselves to dine at Quinta do Mel during our last four yearly winter trips to Albufeira. Last time we were there, we got a tour of the accommodation; the rooms appeared spotless, simply furnished, and charming. The grounds and countryside views are peaceful; scented with lavender and herbs. The meals are fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. This is not a "fast food" type of restaurant, and the quality is reflected in the price; so enjoy the leisurely pace of fine dining in a casual setting. They also sell gourmet condiments and teas, local honey, and top quality cork accessories. Great take-home gifts for your suitcase. One of our favourite places to visit in the Algarve.

Meals of the day offer a quality-price that is hard to beat, and the view is great. The cheese at covert is great but very expensive. The Staff is really nice.

Food is simply amazing . There is a mini store inside with self produced products (tea, honey) + the place has a great natural charm. 100% recommend
