Não recebi a encomenda e verifiquei pelo número de registo que tinha sido entregue numa morada da zona mas distinta da minha. Liguei para a linha de apoio ao cliente e registei a reclamação. admito que estava com receio de ficar sem a encomenda, mas passado 1 dia ou 2 recebi na minha morada e posteriormente uma carta a dizer que a situação tinha sido resolvida.

Aceito apostas sobre a pessoa que todos se queixas e a idosa ruiva de cabelos encaracolados que personagem. Devia ser emoldurada

A funcionária mais mal disposta que alguma vez conheci. Serviço a condizer..

Arrogância por parte de alguns funcionários. Outros pelo contrário.

Very badly attended. We went to ask about how to pay tolls in Portugal (since we were referred to the ctt) and they only told us that only the Portuguese could pay there. And we couldn't do anything, but they didn't mean to find out either. In a tourist office in Porto we solved the problem without complications. How can it be that in several ctt (where they are supposed to sell toll cards) they do not know how to solve the problems that may arise but they also do not intend to help solve them.
