Zest - Mind, Body & Soul

One of the best vegetarian food place in the world. My sister and me were dying for a veggie meal for days and Zest made our day. Well done and a great Big Thank you ti the staff. They were absolutely welcoming. Please visit Pine Cliff Hotel in Portugal if you are there.

Visited twice in two days with my wife and young daughter. Lovely buckwheat pancakes, granola, guacamole and veg chips consumed over the course of the visits. Very nice, clean, pleasant and quick service. Plenty options for kids too. Sushi rolls looked good (next time).

Great stop for vegans, vegetarians and health foodies. and filling as well! The service staff was super friendly and helpful

Perhaps the best restaurant we spent time at at Pine Cliff. Very nice selection of smoothies, juices and healthy eats at half reasonable prices.

Nice and friendly staff. Space very well decorated. Delicious and very well presented food. I deeply recommend it!
