Usually claim there is nobody home when there is, then make us spend hours on the phone trying to reach them in order to re-schedule the delivery they failed on purpose. Very irresponsible and lazy, by far one of the worst delivery companies available. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS THE WORST DISTRIBUTION COMPANY IN PORTUGAL. THEY DON'T DELIVER THE PACKAGES AND ALWAYS LEAVE A NOTE ONLINE SAYING THE DELIVEREE WAS NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES LIE COLLECTIVELY. CALLING THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT HELP AS THEY DO NOT PICK UP. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Why do Ctt espresso say NO ONE HOME when there is ?? This company has Un educated works and very incompetent.. As our post box it 150 meters from the house and they sit tooting there horn on the scoter expecting us to here them and then say we where not home ?? Why can I not collect my parcels at the ctt in Lourinha..s.m.w

Received emails pertaining to a delivery which I did not receive . The phone number provided for complaints does not exist. Awful.

Quite honestly the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced
