The environment requires an even greater care of space. It's true that 20 years ago, nothing was affordable. But past mistakes and mismanagement of others, can never justify mistakes or mismanagement in the present. It is a pity that so much money is wasted on the job of convincing politicians or helping a better run of public management. Anyway as we praise the progress made, forgetting just a little bit how much could have been done. In this perspective fully worth the present rating of 3-star, this 5-star place.
