Pilates Room Lagos honestly changed my life! My posture, my core strength, my flexibility and PMA. Firstly by the instructors who are all so professional and lovely and give me a lovely welcome when I first started. Then you become addicted! Addicted to the feeling of feeling so good after every lesson. I can’t recommend this studio enough. Also we were so lucky to carry on with zoom sessions through Covid. So now where ever I am (mainly in the uk the last few months) I can always be at the Pilates room during the zoom sessions, highly recommend.

Simply the best Pilates studio in Lagos. I have had several instructors over the years and Lisa is the best. Works you hard and works you smart. Plenty of variety and she is a real star. Will miss my weekly sessions when I move on from Lagos.
