Rute did a very good job helping us register the "Clean & Safe" certificate for our rental property. The process is supposed to be lengthy but she got it done very quickly, out of my expectation and much more efficient than other service providers I know in Portugal. I look forward to more of her service.

I had a question regarding Portuguese employment law, which I hoped could be answered with a 'yes' or 'no'. I called Rute and mentioned that at this stage I was probably looking for free advice. She was generous, helpful and informative and would have no hesitation calling her again, should the need arise. Also speaks perfect English.

I cannot recommend Rute enough. We were 4 siblings purchasing a property in Portugal from Ireland and also required a quick purchase. Rute made a complicated process very simple and once we signed the power of attorney she handled everything very promptly. She also responded to all of our questions efficiently and professionally in very clear English. I would have no hesitation in using Rute’s services in future legal matters.
