You need to be lucky to talk to the right person, went there Saturday, was told by a helpful staff member , quote"come back next week, just show up with no appointment, total cost for the oil change is 45 euro" Went there yesterday like told, talked to a stressed out staff member, was told the total cost is 65 euro and should wait about 3 hours!!! , after mentioning the total cost that her college gave me just 2 days earlier out, she just got more upset!!!
