It's always a pleasure to have yoga classes with Lizi. :) If you just want to have a big streching after a long day of surfing or want to improve your yoga postures, she is your teacher. :) Always pays attention to everybody and shows different levels, so either you are a beginner or already have some skills in yoga, you will enjoy her classes. Hike&Sunset Yoga at Lagos's hidden spot is highly recommended if you would like to escape from the overcroweded beaches and want some special sunset moment surrounded by calmness. :) And if you want to challenge yourself, try her SUP yoga class as well ;)
