5 star for its quality of staff service, it's variety and set up.... ideally for a small or singular purchase.. However it is more expensive that other hardware stores near Portimao ....if getting a lot of goods it's would be worth the drive over.....

Couldn’t wait to visit their new showroom in Lagos today. I was looking for a beautiful bathroom floor for our new constructed house. The store looks well done however the person who reached to us to assist was completely annoyed and inpatient with our inquiries. Everytime we asked her something that was very much relevant to us, she was looking around, not focused, not interested or showed any competence in her work. We left after we realized that we were not only helping ourselves in choosing something, but as well having a shop assistant who had no knowledge or enthusiasm to showcase any of the product that the shop could offer. We left completely disappointed and with an experience of extremely bad costumer service in that place. Even as a owner of this shop, if you don’t emphasize on costumer care or service, you should at least think of having personnel who can sell. It is a pity, if you invest in a showroom of this high caliber, you should be able (you might say financially) to hire competent and respectable employees to sell your product appropriately.
