Off the beaten trail but worth it. Indoor/outdoor dining. Fabulous chef. The menu changes daily depending on catches-of-the-day. Octopus every day. Goat on Sundays. Reservations required. Highly recommended.

A brief two day stay at this rural, semi-isolated hotel. *Do* follow the road signs exactly(!) to the hotel. The hosts and chef could not do enough to assist, they were welcoming and charming. The breakfast was adequate fare, which included freshly cooked ham and eggs each morning.. The room, although small (it is an ancient house, don't forget) was spotless and well fitted out. The restaurant was impeccable, the quality and service from the owner was top notch. I noted that the local businessmen ate their lunch in the hotel. Rather good value for money and therefore, reccomended.

This place is a bit out of the way but is worth the trip. Everything from the champagne to the coffee was delicious. Pork loin steaks in a brown rice with fresh olive oil, local cheeses and meats, and a sampling of various deserts. All served with a champagne starter, good red wine, a delicious port and some fire water if you are in a daring mood.

His cute B&B in it's rural setting is perfect! Antonio and his chef Joel are great hosts and really add to the atmosphere. This is the best of it's type that we have stayed at. Would definitely stay again 😀
