Very american style company, it works as a cooperation. Full of rules and crapy policies, they make millions a year and they still wanna reduce costs on departments. Work is based on repetition and very challenged sometimes. The salary is good for Portugal, but it has a very tense environment. They will give you a verbal warning for very little thing you do wrong or simply by not meeting the company objectives. Was good to adquire a bit more knowledge and experience, but I wouldnt recommend to work there. They should review their approach and understand why people dont stay there very long. But they dont care, they only want money and you to work as a machine flawless.
