Nice hotel. Friendly staff, not great for wheelchair or buggy accessibility tho and food was abit repetitive. Lovely pools and weather kids loved it but wouldn't visit again.

Before I start, I must say that I have been to several hotels around the world (Thailand, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba, France, Germany, Holland). So I have some experience :) The hotel complex is big and clean. The employees are very unfriendly (not lying), absolutely not helpful. As a guest you will think about it three times, if you have a question or not. Many guests I have talked to, have the same opinion. There was a hair in my soup the first day, this moment really shocked and disgusted me. The rooms are quite ok, but nothing more. The minibar is empty, for a safe a deposit is required, for a remote control a deposit is required and for bath towels (surprise) a deposit is required. I think the hotel is quite ok, but I would save a second stay. There is definitely room for improvement....

Nice family hotel, very good food, staff very attentive, very clean with attention to detail and disinfection of all public spaces constantly. The coffee at breakfest must improve, soluble coffee isn't coffee... As an improvement could have an express machine at breakfast like the ones at bars. 4 stars, shame soluble coffee.

Very nice, lovely place. Could be more supporting for large families kids, as we had to stay in separate rooms.
